The warranty does not depend on the place of selling a product and its seller. The warranty is still valid in case of the owner’s change.

We do not guarantee the presence of any products on free sale. In order to receive any device for a particular date, please, contact us beforehand.

All AlestRukov products are manufactured without any «planned obsolescence», and don’t possess any intended elements of life circle restriction.

Upon the owner’s desire, we can guarantee the postal expenses coverage related to our products return after their employment term is ended for the purpose of their recycling providing a minimum environmental damage.
